The project ‘Silent Voices of Groningen’ aims to give a voice to the growing group of people who do not feel heard in society. We are developing a research-based approach that summarizes their interests, values and ideas into core values for future plans, initiatives and policies. This way we are moving towards a more engaged and inclusive province of Groningen.
